NASA Tweetup Photos

This page might be rather long because it holds all 117 photos I took at Johnson Space Center for the NASA Tweetup STS-132. Plus commentary. I would have taken MANY more had I had a larger memory card, but this will do just fine! Hope you enjoy!

This page is still a work in progress. Return later for more pictures!

Some of the other's attending the tweetup as well, standing in the Space Center Houston building, aka, the tourist building.

This is the theatre we moved into. Very cool looking. The guy in the red shirt is Tatal Hussian, the Co-Lead of RF Subsystems, giving us a presentation on the Ku-Band communications systems on the ISS

Astronaut Jeff Williams telling us about life in space, and riding in the Soyuz spacecraft. He also had some witty quotes: "The new urine recycling system turns yesterday' coffee into today's coffee."

Shuttle Mission Control Center in full swing. All the consoles in action, with the big screens showing ISS data and NASA TV's view of the spacewalk going on on the ISS at the time.

I know it has been a month since, but I'm having difficulties with the blog. When I figure out a solution, I'll try to finish the page!
